Your Good Signals Strategy

For the brilliant work you do that hasn’t yet cut through the noise.

You're doing something that matters. Maybe it's food and energy, maybe it's social justice, maybe it's building the kind of world you actually want to live in. Whatever it is — right now, most people can’t hear it because of the noise. Not because it isn't good. Because it isn't cutting through.

Hope and possibility don't happen by accident. They need a signal — something people can navigate toward when everything else is noise. That's what I’ve developed your Good Signals Strategy is for.

What it is

A focused communications diagnostic that turns what's in your head into a framework and action plan anyone on your team could pick up and run with.

We start with a set of “brain-dump“ questions — about your people, your message, what success looks like, and what you'd shout from the rooftops if you could. From there, I build you a clear, usable communications framework and the start of an action plan.

What's included

- A structured diagnostic questionnaire, completed at your own pace

- One working session to go through it together

- A written communications framework and action plan

- A monthly follow-up call to problem-solve as you put it into action

Investment: £750 + £100 per follow up call

Not sure if this is a comms problem or a strategy problem?

Sometimes what looks like a comms gap is really an organisational strategy that hasn't been fully articulated yet. If that's what's going on, I'll tell you plainly — and we can talk about Strategic Discovery instead, which goes deeper into organisational strategy itself.
