I know what its like to fear the future

Four years ago, everything I thought was certain changed.

My husband was diagnosed with a neurodegenerative condition. I was burnt out from leading through COVID and terrified of what came next.

So I did something brave: I left my secure job, cashed in our savings, and drove 10,800 miles across America with no plan - just a need to breathe.

Somewhere in a cabin in upstate New York, with no running water but excellent broadband, I wrote my business plan on the back of a fag packet. Before I landed back in the UK, I had my first client.

That journey taught me the truth I now teach others:
From stillness comes action. From action, possibility.
And from knowing who you are comes the courage to be brave.

My Work Now

Since then, I’ve helped leaders stuck in toxic cultures, individuals at crossroads and organisations ready to stop firefighting and start building intentionally.

I’ve learned this: you can’t be brave when you’re depleted.
You can’t lead authentically when you don’t know who you are beneath the roles.
You can’t create meaningful change when you’re paralysed by fear.

My work is to help you find that clarity - so you can take brave action rooted in your own wisdom and purpose.

Because we’re living through a time that demands more of us.

The world needs resourced, courageous humans willing to rebuild from the rubble - starting with themselves.

That’s where you come in.
